Sesshomaru relaxed against a tree, slightly injured from an intense battle. He was sitting beside a flowing river that sparked from the falling sun. The hardly audible breaths where somewhat pained due to the large injury on his chest. The Daiyokai closed his eyes as he sensed someone approach.

Jelena was escaping from such kind of battle herself. Days passed since she found herself in this strange place and she just kept encountering demons and fighting them off. when she saw Sesshomaru laying there, she directed her blades at him, on her gloves and kept her distance. “I am just seeking to hide..”
“It is alright, woman. Do as you please.” He told the familiar woman, looking over at her. She seemed to be a bit scraped up too. Sesshomaru could smell everything that touched her. “Lower your weapons. Don’t be foolish.”
She has seen him around in her wanderings but they have not spoken until now. She panted.” I must stay alert..in case they pursue..” She looked around wildly, coming close to his tree and pointing her blades at the noises that were coming from a far.

Jelena returned the hug, feeling her smile becoming bigger. It’s been a while she was received by any arms so warmly. She also felt the baby between them move and was so careful not to squish into Lilliana.” Well,last night ,I was out to hunt animal’s blood .I was still not comfortable with drinking from humans, you know..” She stopped her story. ” I will tell you the everything how it happened, but please don’t say anything to the count , until I have also spoken to him on the matter.” She had a feeling that he would get mad , otherwise.
Lilliana arched a brow but nodded. “I won’t tell him… Not that he talks to me very often to begin with…. So go on, Sweet.” She rubbed her back and smiled soothingly, meaning her words.

Last night, I went out to try and hunt something from myslef rather than helping myself from the dungeons. No matter how I looked at it, if I am not in blood l can sense the fear of the victims and I just can’t do it..it makes me feel uneasy. The animals, on the other hand, I have no problem with. I tried getting a deer. It felt nostalgic to me , because I used to hunt all the time with my father and me.
It’s thrilling..that you can connect with your prey so much ,hear their erratic heartbeat in your ears as you chase it. I discovered I can jum through the trees, run really fast and the night turned out to be so fun.
I followed the deer’s trail all the way throughout the woods around the castle . I got it cornered and about to give it a merciful death .
Being so hungry I did not mind my surroundings ,I did not watch my back and all of a sudden I hear a sound of something akin to a shotgun. It was not a shutgun but a net thrower. I got a net thrown over at me and a harsh tug sent me down to the ground.Quickly, I look up and spot this man. He is in in his twenties, all excited and afraid. I can tell by the way he sweats. He is grinnig joyously, talking to himself how he got one. I guess, he is a novice slayer , because he acted really, really cocky. He planted one cross on the end of the net . No matter how much I struggled, that cross seemed to weigh as a tone against that net and it made me feel scared. I bloody never get scared from anything. So mad at myself right now..” She murmured , sighing softly before continuing.
” He said, he’ll leave me here to burn , that he will be merciful since I am his first catch, he wants to stake Dracula. How his words angered me..worse he was talking how he will go after all of you one by one , and hang you upside down and skin you. He talked of you as if you were animals. I do not know if he carries some bitterness in his heart , some personal wound , but I was not about to let him speak like that about my benefactor, or harm any of you. Next thing you know, he is retreating and I grab that cross without looking at it. It hurt like a bitch..pardon my language and imprinted itself on my skin, despite the gloves that I was carrying. It was a pain I haven’t fell not even from akuma. Despite that, I threw the cross and tore the net , jumped up on my feet and attacked.
He did not see it coming and utterly got frigthtened, dabbing at me with his stuupid stake. Ha! As if I was not a warior before a vampiress. With a grab on his hands I jumped over him and snapped them as I jumped. Then rammed that stake into his knee. Then, tied him up and brought him to the stables. He is not even fit to be in the dungeons. I fed on him ,and poured some of his accursed blood into the bottle, to present to the lord my very first human prey. And many others who dare endanger your persons. My skills, my blades, shall be at your service. ” She finished her story, closing her burning yantar eyes.
You know why you would do ship RPs in the first place? Because you see a strong connection or compatibility that you can’t see with other characters. The fact that someone decides to completely change a character’s personality for the sake of an OTP says that there really isn’t a strong of a connection as you think. I’ve seen people turn strong characters into weak, dependent characters. That disgusts me.
